How to Practice Yoga Poses or Asanas?

Yoga postures are intended to rinse tone and sanitize the body, which in turn have an effect on the mind and your capacity to practice pranayama and meditation without diversion. Not to reveal of the other many health benefits like:-
  • Enhanced flexibility, stamina, power and balance.
  • Superior implementation of your anxious and endocrine systems and internal organ.
  • Improved eminence of your breathing.
Instructions to track when practicing yoga poses:-
  • Prefer poses that appear suitable to your mood and energy level.
  • Start with gentler poses and improve to stronger ones.
  • Breathe calmly through the nose throughout the postures.
  • Do not rush into and out of a pose.
  • Do not strain in a pose - if it hurts, stop.
  • Don't regularly practice in front of a mirror. Focus on how the pose feels, not what it seems like.
  • The postures should be both sound and soft.
