How to Practice Yoga Breathing or Pranayama?

Yoga Pranayama
In yoga breath is said to be the edge amid the physical body and the mind. The supremacy of breathing practice to alter your state of mind is tremendously strong. A breathing practice can last anything as of two minutes to half an hour or more.

Tips to track when practicing Breathing or Pranayama:-
  • Locate a quiet place where you won't be diverted. If doing the exercises inside, confirm the window is open to let plenty of fresh air into the room.
  • At first carry out pranayama lying down and then increasingly aim to sit upright with your spine straight.
  • Breathe consistently through the nose throughout the postures.
  • Never strain your breathing in pranayama.
  • Breathe intensely and slowly.
  • Progress slowly and cautiously.
  • If you experience dizzy or light-headed, return to normal breathing.
  • Inquire a friend to stay with you when trying out a new method.
  • Do not hurry things and practice all exercises as leisurely as you can.
