How to Practice Mudras?


Yoga Mudras

Mudras are positions (frequently of the hands) that influence the body's energetic system and the flow of prana (life energy) within it. Mudras are simple and safe to learn and use. The most excellent time to practice Mudras is through the sitting phase after a posture and breathing session.

Tips to track when practicing Mudras:-
  • Don't attempt hard - simply let your fingers to touch lightly.
  • Let your mind and body to be still and quiet.
